AI Engineering Manager/ Senior Manager - LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows

We’re hiring an AI Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions across industries like banking, insurance, and retail.

The Scope

• Build and deploy GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, automation)
• Architect scalable, cloud-native AI platforms
• Drive MLOps/GenAIOps best practices for production-ready systems
• Engage clients, shape AI strategy, and lead technical delivery
• Mentor engineers and lead high-performing project teams

The Candidate

• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering or applied AI delivery
• Strong Python + modern AI stack (e.g. LangChain, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scalable architectures
• Consulting or client-facing experience is preferred
