What You Will Do/Key Responsibilities

Define and Build ALTEN China’s AI Foundations

• Advise leadership on the design of a secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI infrastructure and development environment in China.
• Establish practical guidelines for AI development, deployment, and governance. Ensure alignment with both China regulatory requirements and Group AI direction.

Drive Internal AI Use Cases and Productivity Gains

• Identify, prioritize, and help implement high-impact internal AI use cases. Partner with functional leaders to improve efficiency, automation, and decision support through AI.
• Support pilot projects and scale successful use cases.

Technology Scouting and Market Intelligence

• Maintain strong awareness of China’s rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, tools, and platforms, and advise on adoption of tools with real operational value for ALTEN.
• Track relevant developments in LLMs, agents, automation tools, and engineering productivity solutions, and provide structured updates to China leadership and relevant global stakeholders.

Bridge China and Group AI Teams

• Act as primary technical liaison with ALTEN Group AI leadership and expert teams.
• Share China-origin innovations and practical lessons with global teams.
• Support cross-border AI collaboration initiatives when relevant.

Who You Are / Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in AI, data, software engineering, or technology architecture roles.
• Strong technical grounding in AI/ML, LLM ecosystems, or enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience designing or implementing AI platforms, developer environments, or automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of China AI ecosystem (cloud, models, tools, regulatory context).
• Comfortable engaging both technical teams and senior leadership.
