Job Description

• Responsible for the identification, design, and delivery of AI solutions, with an initial focus on Finance use cases.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI and technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on AI architecture, application development, data platforms, and AI implementation.
• Remain hands-on in solution design, development, prototyping, and deployment.
• Drive collaboration across IT, Data, Digital, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Stay current on AI trends and evaluate emerging technologies to create business value.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, Software Engineering, Data, AI, or related technical domains.
• Strong hands-on technical background in software development, enterprise applications, data platforms, or AI solutions.
• Proven experience in technology transformation, AI, or data-driven initiatives.
• Basic understanding of Finance processes such as FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or Financial Reporting.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, with a strong growth mindset and continuous learning attitude.
