Required Qualifications

Education Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, or related field
• 3+ years UI/UX design experience with AI-powered products
• Proven experience designing conversational AI interfaces, personalization systems, or predictive UI
• Track record building AI-driven interfaces (chatbots, recommendation systems, adaptive dashboards, generative AI tools)
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, creating prototypes, and testing usability

Core Technical Skills

• Design Tools Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Framer, design systems
• AI-Specific Design Human-AI interaction, conversational UI, multimodal experiences, prompt engineering for UX
• Core UX Fundamentals User research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, design systems

• Create multimodal experiences combining voice, text, visual, and gesture interactions
