What they need
Join our skilled team in Lithuania to build innovative banking solutions using modern technologies. You'll focus on creating tomorrow's digital banking solutions without the constraints of legacy systems.
For us, software engineering is more than writing code. It starts with understanding the problem, questioning the requirement and designing the right solution — and ends with software that runs reliably in production.
The word engineer shares its root with ingenuity — the Latin ingenium: talent, cleverness, the ability to invent. That is the engineer we are looking for: someone who solves problems creatively, not just someone who writes code.
We are hiring with a focus on AI and security. We work AI-first: AI agents are part of how we build software every day, which leaves more of your time for the parts that need an engineer — thinking, designing with security in mind, and deciding.
Our work is mainly backend — APIs, integrations, event-driven services and cloud — and sometimes full-stack. Our main stack is .NET, but we hire engineers, not specialists in a single language or layer.
As an engineer, your impact reaches beyond your own squad: you take on problems that are not yet well defined, set the engineering direction, and help the people around you grow.
We enjoy working across the bank and collaborating with diverse teams to build solutions that deliver tangible results. This is a great place to learn. Our environment changes constantly — new tools, new AI capabilities, new problems — and we expect you to learn fast, keep learning and help others do the same. You will continuously develop new skills through hands-on experience, and we actively support your professional growth.
We work in a hybrid model, with at least three days per week in our Vilnius office.
You Will :
- Turn broadly defined problems into a clear engineering path forward
- Lead solution design and technical direction, owning key trade-offs
- Design and build secure, testable and observable agent solutions, MCP servers, services and integrations for SDLC/PDLC automation
- Set engineering standards for design, testing, quality gates, infrastructure as code and observability
- Shape the backlog with the Product Owner and challenge requirements where needed
- Work across squads and functions on broader technical challenges
- Coach and mentor engineers, strengthening team capabilities
- Work AI-first with GitHub Copilot and MCP tools, while ensuring solutions run well in production
About You :
- Take ownership of complex or undefined problems, create clarity and see them through
- Bring 5+ years of software engineering experience and strong technical judgement
- Build clean, testable software using modern languages, with strong design, architecture and API skills
- Work hands-on with cloud, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, data stores and integrations
- Build quality into the engineering process through sound practices, automation and continuous improvement
- Use AI-assisted development effectively, including coding agents, GitHub Copilot and MCP
- Communicate clearly, influence beyond your team and coach or guide other engineers
- Work with technologies such as .NET/C#, Java, Python, TypeScript, AWS, OpenShift, Docker, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kafka, OpenAPI, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Jira and Confluence
