Build and run an AI-powered creative studio

We are launching an in-house creative studio in Lisbon that will produce digital ads for several major brands across Europe, then Latin America.

We are looking for the person who will build this machine and run it: a team of 7 that must scale from 200 to 500, then 1,000 creatives a month, powered by AI.

We don't hire degrees. We hire builders.

About Ensaio

Ensaio is a new in-house performance creative studio in Lisbon. A team of 7 that ships around 200 ready-to-launch ads a month (10 angles × 5 variations every week) for several telecom brands. Strategy, production and media buying sit in the same room, and every result feeds the next brief.

Your mission

You are the studio's operational number one, its de facto CEO. You own the machine end to end and run it without relying on management. You don't produce or approve creatives: your time goes into organisation, automation and growing the studio.

• Organisation and processes: design the journey of a creative, from brief to launch. Track throughput, hunt down bottlenecks, set rituals and naming conventions, and keep improving.
• AI automation: automate everything that can be automated with AI agents, workflows (n8n, Make, APIs) and generative tools. Pull ad-platform data (Meta, TikTok, Google) automatically and own the studio dashboard.
• Team and hiring: hire, onboard and grow the team, and set everyone's goals. The team includes:
• 1 Creative Strategist
• 1 Creative Producer / Marketing Coordinator
• 2 Video Editors
• 1 Graphic Designer
• 1 Media Buyer
• Client relations: be the go-to contact for the brands' marketing teams. Onboard each new country (brand guidelines, legal mentions, promo calendar), set approval timelines and arbitrate priorities.
• Finance and admin: track the budget and cost per creative, and manage accounting with the external accountant, payroll, suppliers and tool subscriptions.

Who you are

Above all, a doer: someone who loves to build, execute and deliver results.

• Prior experience at a startup or scale-up in an operational role: Ops, Growth, BizOps, Founder's Associate, Chief of Staff…
• AI isn't a competitive edge for you, it's your direct report. You have already automated real processes, and you can show it.
• Comfortable with data: you track thresholds, build dashboards and turn them into decisions.
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty: building an organisation from scratch, hiring, handling a demanding client and fixing an accounting issue, all in the same day.
• Ambitious, autonomous, demanding, with a true entrepreneurial mindset.

• Advanced command of AI and automation tools

Organisation

• Direct report to senior management
• Full autonomy over how the studio runs from day one
• Direct exposure to the group's leadership
• A co-founder role in all but name

Package

• €48–60k gross annual salary, paid in 14 instalments
