AI Full stack

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and other relevant Azure AI capabilities.
• Build and integrate Generative AI/LLM-based solutions into enterprise applications.
• Develop API integrations with AI models, external systems, and enterprise applications.
• Implement authentication, authorization, API security, logging, and error handling.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with databases and develop efficient data access layers.
• Deploy and support applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, AI/ML engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.

Must-Have Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API development, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, libraries, and development best practices.
• Experience with Git/version control.
• Good understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, or similar.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure AI Search.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps, or AKS.
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience working with vector databases or embeddings.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AI agents or Agentic AI solutions.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
