AI Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Full Stack Developer to develop and integrate AI features into our CRM solution.

The role will work closely with the Solution Architect, Developers, and QA team to build practical AI features, automate CRM workflows, and improve customer and user interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI features into the CRM platform.
• Build and maintain front-end and back-end functionality.
• Develop APIs and system integrations.
• Build conversational and voice AI features.
• Support AI automation for sales, customer service, lead management, and follow-ups.
• Develop intelligent CRM workflows and customer interactions.
• Set appropriate AI controls, limitations, and escalation rules.
• Work with the Solution Architect and developers on technical implementation.
• Troubleshoot AI, API, application, and integration issues.
• Support developers with AI-related implementation.
• Work with QA to test features and resolve defects.
• Support deployment and improvement of AI features.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack development, software development, AI integration, or a related role.
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into software applications.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with conversational AI, voice AI, or speech-to-speech technology.
• Understanding of CRM workflows, including leads, customers, pipelines, and follow-ups.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Able to work closely with developers, QA, and other teams.
• Experience with CRM, SaaS, ERP, or business software is an advantage.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
