Our client is building the next generation of intelligent software, where AI is embedded directly into useful, everyday product experiences rather than added as an afterthought. They are looking for a highly capable AI Full Stack Engineer who can move comfortably from polished user experiences to backend architecture to applied AI systems. This is an opportunity to own meaningful product development from concept through production while solving challenging problems involving LLMs, retrieval, context, tool integrations, performance, and reliability.

Focus

• Own complete product slices spanning user interfaces, service logic, data flows, and AI capabilities.
• Create dependable AI features that combine language models, retrieval, persistent context, and third-party services.
• Shape APIs and application architecture for scalable, production-ready experiences.
• Engineer responsive AI experiences that manage streaming responses, intermediate states, latency, and graceful degradation.
• Build safeguards, monitoring, and recovery paths that keep model-driven workflows useful when dependencies or outputs fail.
• Partner across engineering and product disciplines while remaining accountable for delivery from concept through launch.
• Use production behavior, evaluation results, and operational signals to improve feature quality over time.
• Work effectively with evolving requirements by turning ambiguity into practical technical plans and sound tradeoffs.

Skill Set

• Demonstrated full-stack engineering experience with meaningful depth across both frontend and backend development.
• Strong foundation in system design, API architecture, application development, and production software engineering.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, RAG, or other AI-powered application architectures.
• Ability to connect AI models with application state, contextual memory, retrieval layers, APIs, and external tools.
• Track record of independently owning substantial features through design, development, deployment, and iteration.
• Strong engineering judgment with the ability to make pragmatic architectural and implementation decisions when requirements are still developing.
• Quality-focused approach to software development, including reliability, maintainability, testing, observability, and production performance.
• Experience with technologies such as Next.js, Python, Node.js, SQL or NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern AI model ecosystems is valuable.
• Ability to succeed in a high-ownership environment where engineers are expected to bring structure to complex problems and execute with limited oversight.
