About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI / Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in modern web development, Generative AI, RAG systems, and Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, B2-level English communication skills, and practical experience building production-ready AI and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build and integrate RAG-based AI systems and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, MCP, and Vector Databases.
• Design and maintain Multi-Tenant SaaS architectures.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and other backend infrastructure.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, DevOps, and product teams.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready code.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and MERN Stack.
• Practical experience with RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Good understanding of Vector Databases and AI application architecture.
• Experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of MCP and modern AI development frameworks.
• Experience designing or working with Multi-Tenant SaaS applications.
• Good understanding of DevOps and deployment practices.
• B2-level English communication skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Important

This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be available to work from our office and should be able to join immediately or on a short notice period.
