Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on AI Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered applications and agent-based solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills, driving teams to deliver high-quality solutions while effectively communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of AI applications, AI agents, and full-stack solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Drive project execution, manage dependencies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Create, track, and manage technical tickets while proactively following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Participate in architecture, design reviews, coding, and troubleshooting as needed.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python and JavaScript/React.
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
• Experience with LangGraph, AI frameworks, and modern AI development practices.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub, Azure, and Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to remain hands-on and contribute to development when required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed development teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with both technical and business leadership.
