AI Governance Support - Data Analyst

We're Hiring: Business Analyst / Data Analyst (BA/DA)

AGM Tech Solutions is partnering with a global technology company to identify a technically strong, analytical, and customer-focused Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support data governance, process improvement, and Tier 3 technical support.

We're looking for someone who enjoys digging into complex data issues, troubleshooting backend discrepancies, and working directly with customers and technical teams to drive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex data integrity issues and backend discrepancies.
• Provide Tier 3 application support and work directly with customers to resolve concerns.
• Analyze business processes, document workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage data governance activities and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Use SQL, advanced Excel, and reporting tools to analyze, manipulate, and validate data.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a combined Business Analyst / Data Analyst role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, advanced Excel, and SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of data governance, data integrity, and process mapping.
• Background in Tier 3 technical or application support.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations.
