AI Graphic Designer / Visual Designer

About the role

You will be responsible for visual design across brand and e-commerce projects, including e-commerce pages, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, product detail pages, social media content, and other visual assets. You will develop and execute visual concepts based on brand identity and marketing requirements, including image retouching, compositing, layout design, and creative visual development to enhance overall visual quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts based on brand identity and marketing requirements, including image retouching, compositing, layout design, and creative visual development
• Proficiently use AI design tools to efficiently edit, optimize, and create image and video content, including image generation, localized image modifications, background replacement, and video enhancement
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, and other teams to provide visual support for various marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery of design materials
• Stay up to date with AI design tools, technologies, and industry trends; continuously explore new applications of AI in visual design
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual materials

About you

• Diploma or above in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in visual/graphic design
• Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, branding, or marketing-related industries is preferred
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Familiar with and proficient in AI-powered design and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, 即梦AI (Jimeng AI), Kling AI, Runway, and CapCut AI
• Basic video editing and visual optimization skills, with the ability to create short-video covers and optimize visual assets
• Strong aesthetic judgment, creative thinking, and communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with AI-assisted design projects or a relevant portfolio demonstrating AI-generated/AI-assisted creative work is a strong plus
