What You'll Do

• Generate character turnarounds, expressions, poses, and background art using AI image tools (Nano Banana Pro and others)
• Maintain visual and stylistic consistency for characters and environments across scenes and episodes
• Iterate on prompts, reference sheets, and seed imagery to consistently hit the art direction
• Build and maintain prompt libraries and character reference sheets for the wider team to reuse
• Diagnose and correct common AI generation issues — off-model faces, inconsistent proportions, artifacts
• Work closely with the creative/art lead to develop and evolve the show's visual style

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (such as Nano Banana)
• Strong prompt engineering skills with a track record of consistent, on-model outputs
• Solid art fundamentals — composition, color, proportion, character design
• Working proficiency in Photoshop or similar for cleanup and compositing
• A portfolio demonstrating consistent AI-generated character or style work
• AI knowledge and hands-on AI skills are a must for this role. Candidates should be comfortable working with AI-powered creative tools and integrating AI into their day-to-day workflow.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency with AI-powered tools is required for this role, along with the ability to integrate AI into everyday creative workflows. Beyond current skills, we value candidates who are naturally curious and proactive about learning new AI techniques and adapting them to their work as the field evolves.
• Traditional illustration or character design background
• Experience building style guides or asset libraries for a series or brand
• Familiarity with Firefly, Photoshop generative fill, or similar compositing-adjacent AI tools
