What you'll be doing

• Building AI-powered automations and integrations for real businesses across a range of industries
• Connecting LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini and others) to business systems like CRMs, helpdesks, accounting platforms and internal databases
• Designing workflows in tools like n8n, Make or Zapier, or writing custom code when those tools aren't enough
• Setting up RAG pipelines, chatbots, document processing systems and agent-based workflows
• Monitoring, maintaining and improving automations already in production
• Talking directly with clients to map their processes, scope solutions and manage expectations

What we're looking for

You don't need to tick every box. If you've built real AI automations that businesses actually use, we want to hear from you.

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations, integrations or agent systems
• Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering and context management
• Comfort with at least one scripting language (Python or TypeScript preferred)
• Experience with APIs, webhooks and integrating third-party platforms
• Familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar)
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical business owners
• Self-managed and reliable, since you'll often be working directly with clients

Bonus points for:

• Experience with MCP, Claude Code, LangGraph or other agentic tooling
• Vector databases and RAG implementation experience
• Background in a specific industry vertical (finance, health, logistics, professional services)
• Prior consulting or client-facing project work
