AI Implementor

About the role

We are seeking an AI Implementor to join Enterprise Network Technology Co., Ltd. in Chon Buri on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our Information & Communication Technology division, specifically within Programme & Project Management. As an AI Implementor, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation initiatives, responsible for translating AI solutions and technologies into practical, operational implementations across our business. This role is critical to ensuring that our AI projects deliver measurable value and drive innovation throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management, employees, and internal teams to understand business needs, workflows, and areas for improvement.
• Analyse business processes and apply AI, Automation, and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in the planning, development, testing, and implementation of solutions, and follow up on results after implementation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams, external vendors, and technology partners to support system development and integration.
• Gather user feedback, monitor solution performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on AI, Automation, and emerging technologies and explore their potential applications within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data/AI, or a related field.
• Experience in AI Implementation, System Implementation, IT Projects, Automation, Business Process Improvement, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Business Processes and Workflows, with the ability to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Able to communicate and work effectively with employees, internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners.
• Familiar with AI, Generative AI, AI Automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply practical technology solutions to real business needs.
• Basic knowledge of Database, SQL/MySQL, API, or System Integration is an advantage.
• Basic programming knowledge, such as Python, is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to learn new technologies, explore practical solutions, and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and business needs.
