What they need
About us
Rose Harper Law is a bilingual (English/Spanish) personal injury firm serving injured people across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, with offices in Allentown, Hazleton, Parsippany, and Hawthorne. We work on contingency ( no ganas, no pagas ), so efficiency directly affects how well we serve our clients. Our team is distributed across the U.S. and Latin America, and we’re committed to using AI to give every client faster, clearer, and more personal service.
The role
We’re looking for a hands-on builder to design, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automations across every part of the firm, including intake, pre-litigation, case management, medical records, settlement demands, litigation support, marketing, finance, and internal reporting. You’ll work directly with the founding attorney and department leads to find bottlenecks, build solutions, and make sure the team actually uses them.
What you’ll do
- Map current workflows with each department and identify where AI or automation saves the most time
- Build and maintain AI agents (for example, intake screening, records summaries, demand letter drafting, client status updates in English and Spanish)
- Connect our tools (case management, Google Workspace, phone/SMS, e-signature, calendars) using APIs and automation platforms
- Write and refine prompts, templates, and guardrails so outputs are accurate and attorney-reviewable
- Document every build with simple SOPs and train staff to use them
- Track adoption and time saved, and report results monthly
- Make sure all automations respect client confidentiality, privilege, and attorney ethics rules
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years building automations or integrations in a business setting, with examples you can show us
- Hands-on experience with LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, including API use or agent building
- Experience with at least one automation platform (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and structured data (JSON, spreadsheets)
- Clear writer who can document processes for non-technical staff
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable in a remote team
Nice to have
- Experience in a law firm, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated, document-heavy field
- Familiarity with legal case management software
- Basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)
- Spanish fluency
Details
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, remote
- Compensation: depends on experience
- Potential to grow into a larger role as our AI program expands
To apply: Send your resume, a video in english telling us about you outside of work, a short note on one automation or AI agent you built (what problem it solved and what tools you used), or portfolio of results and your hourly rate expectations to [email protected].
