Senior AI/ML Engineer / AI Platform Engineer

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• 3+ years in AI/ML Engineering, MLOps, or a closely related technical role.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
• Proven experience building and deploying production AI/ML solutions end-to-end — development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, Anthropic Claude, or Azure AI.
• Strong Generative AI experience, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and production AI applications.
• Working knowledge of Responsible AI, including security, privacy, evaluation, safety, governance, and guardrails.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Apache Spark, Apache Iceberg, or comparable data platforms.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining MCP servers.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers.
