AI Instructor / Trainer

About the role

MIT Academy is seeking an experienced AI Trainer to design, develop, and deliver practical Artificial Intelligence training programmes for students, working professionals, corporate clients, and industry participants. The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of AI technologies, generative AI, machine learning, automation, and AI productivity tools, together with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct hands-on practical training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, online, and hands-on AI training
• Develop training materials, practical exercises, and assessments
• Train participants on Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, machine learning, and automation
• Guide participants in practical AI projects and industry use cases
• Keep training content updated with current AI technologies

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, data science, software development, AI solutions, technical training, or a related area
• Experience conducting technical training, workshops, demonstrations, or presentations is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering
• Strong understanding of AI Agents and Workflow Automation
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
• Python programming
• Data analysis and visualization
• AI APIs and system integration
• Responsible and ethical AI practices
