AI Integration & Dashboard Specialist

Scale Up Philippines is looking for an experienced AI Integration & Dashboard Specialist to support an international client in integrating its Transport Management System (TMS) with Claude AI and developing a custom dashboard for real-time operational reporting.

This is a hands-on, project-based opportunity with potential for ongoing support or future projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate the client's TMS with Claude AI using APIs, MCP, or other suitable solutions.
• Develop AI-powered workflows for data queries, reporting, and task automation.
• Design and build a user-friendly dashboard displaying key operational metrics.
• Connect and manage live or scheduled data updates.
• Ensure secure API connections, data accuracy, and system reliability.
• Provide technical documentation, user training, and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with API integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js.
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, Retool, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and data security.
• Familiarity with MCP, AI agents, Make, Zapier, or n8n is an advantage.
• Strong English communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous AI integration or dashboard projects is highly preferred.
