Job Summary:

We are looking for an AI Integration Developer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions within enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AWS AI services, and API development, along with the ability to integrate AI capabilities into .NET-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for business applications.
• Implement supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, including classification, regression, and clustering.
• Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, model evaluation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Develop AI-powered conversational applications, chatbots, document processing solutions, and automation systems.
• Integrate LLMs such as GPT and Claude into enterprise workflows.
• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies and RAG-based solutions.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, and Weaviate to support semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
• Develop AI services and integrate models with enterprise applications using RESTful APIs.
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.
• Work with large and complex datasets, including healthcare and genomics data, where applicable.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and scale AI solutions using AWS services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, IAM, and Nextflow.
• Design cloud-based AI architectures that support security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Integrate AI models and services with .NET-based applications using ASP.NET Core, Blazor, MVC, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.
• Develop and maintain backend services, database integrations, and API connections within .NET environments.
• Apply microservices architecture, API-first design, authentication, and security best practices.
• Implement MLOps workflows, Docker-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment plans, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational reliability.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and practical AI/ML solution development.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, validation, evaluation, and feature engineering.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience developing conversational AI, chatbots, and document processing solutions.
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML and cloud services, particularly SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, IAM, and Nextflow.
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integration.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, Blazor/MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and .NET application architecture.
• Understanding of authentication, application security, and cloud-based deployment environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• AWS AI/ML certification, with AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty preferred.
• Exposure to healthcare, licensing, insurance, or genomics-related systems.
• Experience working within structured project environments with formal documentation and delivery requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting production systems, critical deployments, and operational troubleshooting.
