Develop and operate MCP servers and connectors that provide standardized, governed access from agents to enterprise systems and tools.

Design API contracts, schemas, runtime interfaces, and versioning approaches for agent-to-system and platform-to-platform integration.

Configure and integrate API management capabilities, including authentication, authorization, quotas, policies, logging, and lifecycle governance.

Build source connectors and ingestion pipelines for knowledge and document processing, including country-specific adapters.

Implement event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns where required by scale, freshness, and resilience needs.

Ensure integrations are secure, observable, reusable, decoupled, and aligned with central architecture standards.

Collaborate with source system owners, local platform teams, use case teams, security, data, architecture, and operations. roles.
