AI Integration Manager

Role Description The AI Integration Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bāgmatī, Nepal. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation across Kunyo.co’s e-commerce processes, including product catalog management, pricing, customer support, and fraud detection. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating AI tools and platforms, designing integration plans, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and overseeing implementation into existing systems and workflows. The AI Integration Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize models and automations, and ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with company standards. The role also involves coordinating with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into AI initiatives, documenting best practices, and training internal teams on using new AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in AI and machine learning concepts, including familiarity with common models, APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Candidates should possess skills in systems and data integration, such as API integration, data pipelines, and working with cloud-based platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in project and product management, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidates should possess skills in data analysis and evaluation, including interpreting metrics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in technical communication, including writing clear documentation and explaining complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or digital marketplaces is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bāgmatī, Nepal, with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making skills.
