Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java AI Architect to design and build enterprise-grade AI/ML-powered applications using Java and AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 21+, Spring Boot, Spring AI, microservices, Agentic AI, LLM integration, and AWS cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable AI/ML-powered Java applications on AWS.

Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for AI integration.

Lead end-to-end architecture for microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.

Integrate LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and RAG solutions into enterprise applications.

Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, security assessments, and performance benchmarking.

Optimize AI inference, prompt engineering, prompt caching, and token usage.

Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud deployments.

Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-first architecture.

Required Skills

Core Java & Architecture

Java 21+, Spring Boot, Spring AI.

Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS.

REST, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs.

Enterprise architecture, design patterns, and scalability.

AI/ML & Agentic AI

Enterprise-level Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks.

LLM integration using Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.

RAG architecture and vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, or pgvector.

Model serving, inference optimization, and prompt engineering.

Experience with Spring AI, LangGraph, Google ADK, A2A, and MCP.

Prompt caching and token optimization.

AWS Cloud

EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3.

RDS/Aurora, IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and VPC security.

AWS Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms and production-ready GenAI applications.

Strong understanding of AI security, cloud-native architecture, and distributed systems.

Experience leading technical teams and communicating architecture decisions to stakeholders.
