AI Lead Systems and Process

We are hiring AI Lead Systems and Process.

Azizi Developments is a leading UAE-based private real estate developer with a growing portfolio of landmark residential and mixed-use developments. Our corporate functions play a critical role in supporting the Group’s strategy, growth, governance and long-term business objectives.

Industries Acceptable From:

Business analysis, process improvement or digital transformation. Experience in real estate, construction, manufacturing, facility management or hospitality is a Plus.

Job Responsibilities

A. Process Analysis & Opportunity Discovery

• Run discovery workshops with business teams to map current processes and identify pain points and inefficiencies.
• Identify and assess AI and automation opportunities, such as document processing, forecasting, chatbots and workflow automation.
• Prepare business cases, including expected costs, benefits and savings.
• Maintain a pipeline of AI use cases from across the Group for review and prioritisation with the Director of AI.

B. Requirements & Process Design

• Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and process flows for AI and automation solutions.
• Define acceptance criteria and business rules with process owners, such as priorities, escalation paths and approval limits.
• Redesign workflows, approval steps and controls so that AI fits into daily operations.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off before launch.

C. Adoption & Change

• Develop and deliver change management plans for each rollout, including communication and training, in coordination with HR / Learning & Development.
• Establish and support a network of AI champions across the business units.
• Update SOPs, policies and process documents for AI-enabled ways of working.
• Identify adoption barriers and resistance and take action to address them.

D. Benefits & Performance

• Define KPIs for each solution, and measure adoption and results after launch against the business case.
• Report adoption, benefits and lessons learned and recommend improvements.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Master's degree is an advantage.

Role Specific Qualifications & Training

• Hands-on involvement in AI, RPA or automation projects for at least 2 years.
• Strong process mapping and redesign skills, using BPMN or similar methods.
• Strong skills in writing business requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
• Cost and benefit analysis, business cases and measurement of process performance.
• CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, BPM or Prosci change management certification is an advantage.
