AI Learning & Development Specialist

About the Role

We are building an AI-focused business that helps individuals and small businesses learn how to use AI in practical, real-world scenarios.

We are looking for an AI Course & Learning specialist who can turn fast-evolving AI tools, agents, and workflows into practical, easy-to-understand learning products.

This is not a traditional trainer role. You will be responsible for researching AI tools, designing courses, teaching users, testing new AI products, and continuously improving the learning experience based on real user feedback.

You should be someone who enjoys experimenting with AI, learns quickly, communicates clearly, and is comfortable building things from zero.

Key Responsibilities

AI Research & Product Development

• Continuously research new AI tools, AI agents, models, and productivity workflows.
• Identify practical AI use cases for individuals, creators, e-commerce sellers, marketers, and small businesses.
• Test AI products and evaluate their usability, value, and potential customer demand.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple and actionable use cases.

Course Development

• Develop online and offline AI courses from concept to launch.
• Build structured curriculum, presentations, exercises, demonstrations, templates, and case studies.
• Design courses around real business and working scenarios instead of purely theoretical AI knowledge.
• Develop beginner, intermediate, and industry-specific learning programs.

Potential topics may include:

• AI for Content Creation
• AI for Personal Productivity
• AI for Small Businesses

Training & Course Delivery

• Conduct online classes, offline workshops, and practical AI training sessions.
• Demonstrate AI tools and workflows live.
• Guide participants through hands-on exercises.
• Answer participant questions and help users apply AI to their own work or business.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve course content.

Course Standardization

• Build reusable course materials and teaching systems.
• Develop trainer guides, exercises, templates, and standard operating materials.
• Gradually create courses that can be delivered by additional trainers as the business scales.

What We Are Looking For

• Entrepreneur minded candidate;
• Strong interest in AI and willingness to continuously explore new AI tools.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI content tools, automation platforms, or similar products.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical or complex concepts in simple language.
• Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Preferred Background

Formal AI engineering experience is not required. Practical AI knowledge, learning ability, communication skills, and business understanding are more important.
