AI Management System Operator

We are seeking a motivated, technology-oriented AI Management System Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and supporting AI-based management systems and related technologies, assisting with the practical implementation of digital tools, and ensuring that systems are used effectively in day-to-day business operations.

This position is well suited to a technically minded individual who is comfortable working with modern technology, learns quickly, and can communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage AI-based management systems and related digital platforms.
• Assist with the practical application and implementation of AI and AR-related technologies within the business.
• Monitor system operations and assist with identifying and resolving basic technical or system-related issues.
• Capture, manage and maintain information accurately within relevant systems.
• Assist colleagues with the use of AI and technology-based systems where required.
• Communicate with Chinese- and English-speaking colleagues, clients or business partners.
• Assist with system updates, testing, reporting and general administrative tasks related to the management systems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is handled professionally and confidentially.
• Keep up to date with new AI technologies, tools and system developments relevant to the position.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the operation and administration of the company's technology systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence working with technology and digital systems.
• Understanding of AI technologies, AI management systems and/or AR-related technologies.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge in a practical working environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Candidates

Preference will be given to:

• Outstanding recent graduates with relevant qualifications or practical technology experience.
• Candidates with previous experience working with AI, AR, digital management systems, software or technology-based platforms.
• Candidates residing in or near Morningside, Sandton or surrounding areas, due to the location of the position.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, technically minded and eager to learn. They should have a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies and be able to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions in the workplace.

Strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English are essential for this position.

Work Location: 93 Grayston Drive, Morningside, Sandton, Gauteng.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
