Job Summary

Led the end-to-end execution of AI-enabled Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation programs targeting strategic accounts. Built scalable inbound, outbound, partner-led, and ABM campaigns to drive qualified MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth. Leveraged AI tools to enhance audience targeting, segmentation, content personalization, and campaign performance while designing personalized account journeys based on industry, buying stage, and engagement behavior. Developed advanced automation workflows using n8n and other AI-powered platforms to streamline email sequences, lead nurturing, lead scoring, routing, qualification, enrichment, and lifecycle management. Collaborated closely with SDR and Sales teams to improve lead acceptance, accelerate opportunity conversion, and maximize revenue impact.

Experience Essential

5-8 years in B2B demand generation / marketing ops / ABM / growth marketing (B2B IT preferred).

Job Responsibilities

• MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) for ICP mapping, account intelligence, and outreach generation.
• Expertise in AI-driven marketing automation and workflow orchestration.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology marketing, with a focus on demand generation and growth.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, ABM, and funnel management (MQL to SQL to pipeline).
• Experience designing AI-powered GTM workflows using n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
• Ability to execute end-to-end email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
