AI Marketing Workflow Engineer

We are looking for an AI Marketing Workflow Engineer with hands-on experience in marketing automation, AI agents, and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows that automate multi-step marketing activities with minimal human intervention.

Timings: Monday till Friday - 9am till 6pm

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agent-based workflows for content creation, lead scoring, campaign execution, and marketing analytics.
• Build multi-step automated workflows that connect AI models, marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other business tools.
• Implement AI agents that can plan, execute, evaluate, and optimize marketing tasks.
• Integrate marketing tools, APIs, and automation platforms to streamline campaign operations.
• Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automation efficiency and marketing outcomes.
• Establish appropriate human review, quality control, and performance tracking mechanisms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience building AI-powered marketing workflows or marketing automation systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of agentic AI, AI agents, LLMs, and multi-step workflow orchestration.
• Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of marketing processes, including campaign management, lead generation, content operations, CRM, and marketing analytics.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party marketing platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate marketing requirements into automated AI solutions.
