REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in Python (3.x)
• 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML application development
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Phi, Claude, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agent frameworks
• Experience with REST API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles
• Experience with model deployment and inference optimization
• Familiarity with Vector Databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Experience with Transformer-based models (BERT, LayoutLM, RoBERTa, etc.)
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks
• Experience with Hugging Face ecosystem and model fine-tuning
• Experience with document processing and OCR
• Knowledge of NLP techniques including classification, information extraction, and semantic search
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices
• Understanding of relational and non-relational database
• Strong English communication skills

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or GCP
• MCP server & AI Agents, Agentic AI
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with MLOps tools and model monitoring

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop and maintain AI/ML solutions for business applications
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications and document-processing pipelines
• Develop APIs and backend services for AI model integration
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
