About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive innovation, design intelligent systems, and lead a high-performing data science team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and MLOps, with hands-on experience in deploying scalable AI solutions for real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, analytics) to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Evaluate, select, and apply the latest machine learning techniques, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure production-grade AI systems are robust, scalable, and maintainable using best MLOps practices.
• Perform model monitoring, tuning, and retraining to improve accuracy and performance.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and research to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML solution development and leadership.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI / Hugging Face, etc.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data architecture and ETL pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
• Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects are a plus.
