Ai Ml Engineer

**** We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer with 13 years of hands-on experience to join our growing AI & ML team and work on practical, enterprise-focused AI solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and model development
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
• Understanding and hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and modern Azure AI services
• Experience working with Python and AI/ML frameworks
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases and LLM Integration
• Cloud knowledge, preferably Microsoft Azure, will be an advantage
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interest in exploring and implementing emerging AI technologies

Good to Have:
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AI Agents, Model Evaluation, Fine-Tuning, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other GenAI frameworks.
