AI / ML Engineer – Intelligent Power Systems

该职位来源于猎聘 Industry: Power Supply / Power Electronics / OEM & ODM Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to develop AI and data-driven solutions for intelligent power systems and electronic products. This position will focus on transforming operational and electrical data from power supplies, chargers, inverters, batteries, and manufacturing systems into actionable intelligence. The successful candidate will work closely with power electronics, firmware, control, hardware, and manufacturing engineers to develop practical AI applications that improve product performance, reliability, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning and AI models for intelligent power management and electronic systems.
• Build models for anomaly detection, fault classification, predictive maintenance, failure prediction, and system health monitoring.
• Analyze time-series data, electrical waveforms, sensor data, temperature, voltage, current, load, and other operating parameters.
• Develop predictive models for power consumption, load behavior, thermal performance, and product reliability.
• Establish data-processing pipelines for collecting, cleaning, labeling, and analyzing engineering and product data.
• Develop and evaluate machine learning, deep learning, and statistical models for real-world engineering applications.
• Collaborate with power electronics and firmware engineers to integrate AI models into products or edge-computing platforms.
• Develop AI-based diagnostic and optimization tools for R&D and manufacturing applications.
• Conduct model validation, performance evaluation, and continuous optimization.
• Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to power electronics and intelligent energy systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, model specifications, test results, and development reports. Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3–5+ years of practical experience in AI/ML, preferably in industrial, electronics, energy, or manufacturing applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and time-series analysis.
• Experience with anomaly detection, classification, regression, forecasting, or predictive modeling.
• Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.
• Understanding of electrical/electronic systems or industrial equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with hardware, firmware, power electronics, and manufacturing engineers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools.
• Experience with edge AI, IoT, cloud platforms, or real-time data processing.
• Experience applying AI to power electronics, energy systems, batteries, EV charging, or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of power supplies, chargers, inverters, BMS, or electronic manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Experience with OEM/ODM or multinational manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus, depending on the assigned location.
