As an AI Model Trainer, you'll strengthen cutting-edge AI systems through expert evaluation and feedback, including:

• Assessing AI-generated responses for accuracy, reasoning, and overall quality
• Reviewing and analyzing AI-generated code
• Comparing multiple AI outputs to identify the strongest response
• Spotting logical errors, hallucinations, factual mistakes, and gaps in reasoning
• Writing prompts and test scenarios designed to stress-test AI models
• Rating and annotating model outputs per project guidelines
• Giving detailed written feedback to guide model improvement
• Testing AI performance across coding, reasoning, problem-solving, and communication
• Contributing to reinforcement learning and human-feedback workflows
• Supporting the reliability, safety, and quality of AI outputs

What You'll Need

• Ability to read, understand, and evaluate code
