We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is highly proficient in AI-assisted development across the entire software stack and knows how to combine strong engineering fundamentals with modern AI tools to build better products, faster.

If your workflow still relies entirely on manual coding, this role is probably not for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD

You’ll work on real-world digital products including:

• Corporate and high-traffic websites
• Web applications and internal platforms
• E-commerce and digital commerce systems
• APIs and backend services
• AI-powered applications
• Workflow automation
• AI agents and internal productivity tools
• Data dashboards and business systems
• Cloud-based applications and integrations

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT

You should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, database, API, and infrastructure.

Our current and potential stack includes:

Frontend

• React
• Next.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML / CSS
• Modern frontend frameworks

Backend

• Node.js
• PHP / Laravel
• Golang
• REST API / GraphQL
• Authentication and third-party integrations

Database

• Database design, optimization, and performance tuning

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Docker

We care more about your ability to understand systems and learn quickly than being loyal to one particular programming language.

AI PROFICIENCY IS MANDATORY

This is the most important requirement.

You must be highly capable of using AI throughout your development workflow.

We expect you to use tools such as:

• MCP / AI tool integrations
• Other emerging AI development tools

But knowing how to prompt ChatGPT is not enough.

You should know how to use AI for:

AI-ASSISTED CODING

Use AI effectively to:

You must also know when AI-generated code is wrong.

AI-ASSISTED DEBUGGING

You should be able to use AI to:

• Understand dependency conflicts
• Troubleshoot deployment problems

AI-ASSISTED TESTING

Use AI to accelerate:

AI-ASSISTED DEVOPS

Use AI to assist with:

• Docker configuration
