AI-Native Full-Stack Product Engineer

We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Product Engineer to join the technology team at Right Horizons and work on Artha , our digital wealth-management platform, along with internal products and automation platforms across Right Horizons.

This is not a conventional software-development role.

We are building an AI-native engineering team where developers are expected to use tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code and other AI coding agents extensively as part of their everyday development workflow .

We are specifically looking for engineers who have spent the last 1–2 years working extensively with AI-assisted development tools and know how to use them effectively — not just for generating snippets of code, but for delivering complete production features faster and with better quality.

How we expect AI to be used

You should be comfortable using tools such as Codex and Claude for:

• Understanding and navigating large codebases

• Designing features and technical approaches

• Generating and refactoring production code

• Building APIs, frontend components and integrations

• Writing unit, integration and automation tests

• Debugging complex issues and analysing logs

• Code reviews and identifying potential defects

• Database design, migrations and query optimisation

• Creating documentation and technical specifications

• Rapid prototyping and experimentation

• Automating repetitive engineering tasks

• Modernising existing applications and legacy code

• Working with multiple parallel development tasks using branches/worktrees and AI agents

The goal is not simply to “use AI”

We want engineers who know how to structure tasks, provide the right context, review AI-generated code critically, validate outputs and use AI agents to materially improve engineering productivity.

A strong candidate should be able to think:

“ How can I deliver this feature in one day with AI-assisted engineering instead of taking three or four days using a traditional workflow? ”

What you’ll work on

• Build and enhance Artha , our digital wealth and financial-planning platform

• Build internal applications and automation platforms for Right Horizons

• Develop scalable backend APIs and modern web applications

• Build AI-powered workflows for advisers, operations and customers

• Integrate financial and fintech platforms

• Work with Account Aggregators, CRM, WhatsApp, investment platforms and financial APIs

• Build intelligent internal automation using LLMs and AI agents

• Work closely with product, business and wealth-management teams

• Take ownership of features from requirement → architecture → development → testing → production

What we’re looking for

• Strong full-stack development experience

1–2 years of extensive hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code or equivalent AI development agents

• Strong understanding of how to use AI efficiently throughout the software-development lifecycle

• Experience with React / Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks

• Backend experience with Node.js / Python / Java

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases and system design

• Experience with PostgreSQL / relational databases

• Exposure to AWS, Docker, CI/CD and production deployments

• Ability to independently understand business problems and translate them into working products

• Strong engineering judgement — especially the ability to validate and improve AI-generated solutions

Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, Banking, Investment, CRM or financial products will be an advantage.

The kind of engineer we want

We are looking for someone who does not see AI as an autocomplete tool.

We want someone who uses AI as an engineering multiplier .

Someone who can take a requirement, break it into tasks, work with multiple AI agents, review the generated solution, test it properly and move from idea to production significantly faster than a conventional development process.
