AI-Native Internal Systems Engineer - Full-Stack & Automation

MKS Jewelry International is hiring an emerging software builder to create internal dashboards, automations, APIs, integrations, and workflow systems for a growing jewelry-manufacturing business.

You will report directly to our CTO and work from strategy through problem discovery, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and adoption. You will improve visibility into orders, work-in-progress, capacity, blockers, ownership, quality, and operational risk.

This role is for someone who thrives on high output: identifying useful problems, building quickly, finishing properly, and creating measurable value. Your earning potential will be connected to the quality, completion, stability, and impact of the projects you deliver—not simply to time spent or code produced.

What you will work on:

• Build internal dashboards, automations, APIs, integrations, and workflow tools.
• Connect Business Central, databases, spreadsheets, and operational systems.
• Turn unclear business problems into practical software.
• Speak with non-technical users and understand how work really happens.
• Test, deploy, document, and support adoption of what you build.
• Over time, help improve factory and office processes and coordinate project-based developers.

What we need:

• A reviewable GitHub profile or equivalent portfolio.
• At least two real projects you personally contributed to and can explain.
• Full-stack capability across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, deployment, and SQL.
• Practical experience using Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools.
• Ability to test, debug, secure, and explain AI-generated code rather than accepting it blindly.
• Working knowledge of Git and basic application-security principles.
• Strong ownership, communication, curiosity, and follow-through.
• Ability to work from ambiguous business problems without waiting for perfect instructions.

Useful but not required:

• Business Central or other ERP experience.
• Manufacturing, work-in-progress, logistics, quality, or operations-systems experience.
• Azure, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, BI, analytics, or cloud-hosting experience.
• Contractor, freelancer, or vendor coordination.
• Thai and English communication.

MKS can teach jewelry production, company workflows, Business Central structures, and factory terminology. Years of experience are not the deciding factor. We care about what you built, whether it worked, what you learned, and how clearly you can explain it.

• Finishing includes deployment, documentation, handover, and reliable adoption.

Compensation:
THB 80,000–100,000 per month base salary, plus substantial project-completion bonuses. Bonuses are based on agreed project outcomes, including acceptance criteria, testing, documentation, stable adoption, and measurable impact—not hours worked or activity alone. Detailed bonus rules will be explained before an offer.
