AI Native Product Engineer

Full-Stack + Component Design

Responsibilities
1. Component Design & Development
(1) Responsible for designing and developing reusable UI/UX component libraries, supporting the complete implementation from visual mockups to HTML/CSS/JS (2) Utilize AI tools (such as Figma-to-Code, AI code generators) to directly convert design drafts into executable front-end code (3) Establish and maintain a component Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products (4) Perform manual debugging and optimization for complex visual interaction pages
2. Full-Stack Product Development
(1) Participate in end-to-end product development for AI Native new businesses, covering front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, and database design (2) Build and maintain development infrastructure (Dev Environment, CI/CD Pipeline) (3) Provide technical support to assist non-technical business analysts in completing simple feature implementations (4) Handle full-stack technical implementation of complex business logic
3. AI Tool Integration & Workflow Optimization
(1) Evaluate and integrate the latest AI development tools (such as OpenCode, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) (2) Establish an efficient workflow of "Visual Mockup → AI Code Generation → Manual Debugging → Component Repository" (3) Explore best practices for AI-assisted development to enhance overall team delivery efficiency
4. Business Understanding & Rapid Iteration
(1) Gain in-depth understanding of business requirements and collaborate closely with product/business teams (2) Adopt an agile development model of "build it first, decide later," rapidly constructing MVPs for management evaluation (3) Continuously iterate product features based on user feedback and data analysis
5. Infrastructure & Team Support
(1) Build and maintain development, testing, and production environments (2) Provide technical training and code review for team members (3) Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.

Requirements
1. Education
(1) Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, Digital Media, or related fields preferred
2. Technical Skills
(2) Front-end Development: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript; familiar with modern front-end frameworks such as React/Vue/Angular (3) Component Design: Possess UI/UX design capabilities; familiar with design tools; understand Design System construction methodologies (4) Back-end Development: Familiar with back-end languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go; understand RESTful API design and databases (SQL/NoSQL) (5) AI Tools: Familiar with the use and optimization of AI code generation tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) (6) DevOps: Understand basic operations of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
3. Experience
(1) 1–5 years of relevant work experience, with a background in full-stack development or UI/front-end development (2) Experience in component library development, Design System construction, or AI tool integration preferred (3) Experience in startup or rapid product iteration environments preferred
