About the Role

As an AI-Native Project Manager, you will help design and build agentic workflows that organize, coordinate, evaluate, and manage product development work.

Rather than performing project-management tasks entirely by hand, you will create AI-powered systems that can turn product goals and team activity into structured plans, assignments, documentation, evaluations, and recommended next steps.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows that turn product goals, feature ideas, documents, and team discussions into clear project plans, tasks, milestones, and deliverables
• Create AI systems that break broad initiatives into structured workstreams, dependencies, ownership assignments, priorities, and completion requirements
• Develop workflows that generate clear task instructions, project briefs, acceptance criteria, and definitions of completion
• Build agents that analyze meetings, transcripts, team updates, and project documents to identify decisions, open questions, action items, and next steps
• Create systems that track assignments, deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and follow-up actions
• Develop workflows that help contributors understand what they are responsible for, why the work matters, and what completed work should include
• Build AI-assisted review systems that compare submitted work against project requirements and identify missing details, inconsistencies, unresolved issues, or incomplete deliverables

Requirements

• Interest in AI, skills training, verification systems, and product development

Desired Skills

• Experience or strong interest in AI agent development and workflow automation
• Familiarity with tools such as Codex and Claude Code
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and structured AI outputs
• Experience designing multi-step AI workflows with tools, memory, evaluation, and human approval stages
