We are not looking for developers who take weeks to write code. We are looking for engineers who can turn an idea into working, tested software in hours.

We are building an AI-first engineering team where developers use AI coding agents, automation and modern engineering practices to build and ship products at exceptional speed.

What youll work with

• Python, Node.js, Go
• React / TypeScript
• PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• REST APIs, microservices & integrations
• AI/LLM APIs and AI-assisted / agentic coding
• Git, GitHub, testing, debugging & CI/CD

What we expect

• Strong understanding of OOP, DSA, SDLC, APIs and software architecture fundamentals
• Ability to quickly understand an existing codebase and make changes without breaking it
• Ability to take a requirement plan code test integrate ship
• Comfortable using Claude Code, Codex, Gemini or similar AI coding tools
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
• Bias toward shipping working software quickly, automating repetitive work, and improving iteratively after release

A feature that traditionally takes days should be approached as a task that can be planned, implemented, tested and integrated within hours—not weeks.
