该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement new technology projects from concept through prototype and deployment. Make extensive and effective use of AI/LLM tools, coding agents, autonomous agents, MCP, IDEs, and other emerging AI development tools to accelerate engineering and research. Break complex and ambiguous problems into practical, executable tasks. Rapidly learn new technologies, frameworks, programming languages, and technical domains as required by a project. Develop software, automation tools, prototypes, simulations, and technical workflows. Work across disciplines, potentially including AI/ML, software, semiconductor technology, computer architecture, data centers, and other advanced technologies. Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and determine how they can be applied to improve engineering productivity. Work independently while collaborating closely with senior technical and business leaders. Take ownership of projects and drive them from an initial idea to a working result. Required Qualifications Education Recent graduate or graduating senior from a top university in the U.S., the UK, and Canada. Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in a STEM field, such as Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, AI / Machine Learning, or another highly relevant STEM discipline. Technical & AI Skills Exceptional ability to use AI tools for engineering and problem solving. Demonstrated ability to use AI to architect systems and projects, generate and debug code, research unfamiliar technical topics, analyze data and technical information, build prototypes rapidly, automate repetitive engineering tasks, and iterate from idea → implementation → testing. Strong programming ability and familiarity with modern development environments. Comfortable learning and using new AI coding tools, agent frameworks, APIs, and development workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Personal Characteristics The most important qualification is learning speed and intellectual curiosity. Extremely fast at learning new concepts and technologies. Highly self-motivated and proactive. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Highly curious and willing to explore unfamiliar areas. Able to move rapidly from “I don't know how to do this” → “I understand the problem” → “I built a working solution.” Comfortable with ambiguity and technically difficult problems. Persistent when facing problems that do not have obvious solutions. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple technical challenges. More interested in building and solving problems than simply following established procedures. Language Requirements Native or near-native English speaker with excellent spoken and written English. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English is essential. Ability to understand, speak, and write Chinese is a significant plus, but is not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience using advanced AI coding agents and development tools. Experience building projects substantially with AI assistance. Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, or AI development platforms. Strong Git/GitHub/GitLab and modern software-development experience. Experience with Python, C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages. Experience with cloud computing, Linux, APIs, databases, or distributed systems. Experience with semiconductor technology, computer architecture, GPUs/NPUs, AI accelerators, or data centers. Outstanding personal projects, research projects, open-source contributions, startups, hackathons, or other evidence of exceptional initiative.
