AI Officer

Shivtara Grain Milling is looking for an AI Officer to help our teams use AI tools in daily work. You will be based at our head office in Patancheru, Hyderabad, and will work with accounts, sales, HR, procurement and plant teams across our Hyderabad, Warangal and Vijayawada units.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Find repetitive office tasks (reports, data entry, emails, MIS) that can be automated with AI.

- Set up and manage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Zapier for different departments.

- Build simple automations and templates that save staff time.

- Train employees at all levels to use AI tools safely and well, in English, Telugu or Hindi.

- Write simple guides and SOPs for each AI tool and workflow.

- Track time saved and report results to management every month.

- Make sure company data is used safely and correctly.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- B.Tech / B.E., BCA or MCA.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT, automation, data or digital projects.

- Hands-on use of AI tools and prompt writing.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel; basic Python is a plus.

- Clear communicator who enjoys teaching others.

- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.

Salary: Rs 5.5 to 6.5 lakh per year (about Rs 50,000 per month). Full-time, in office.
