About the Role

KidieLand is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy individual who is eager to work with AI-powered tools and support our day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with daily business tasks.
• The AI Operations and E-commerce Executive should be able to write effective prompts to generate content, product descriptions, emails, and reports using AI.
• List and manage products on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Create, edit, and update product information, images, and pricing.
• Maintain product databases and records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Perform basic image and video editing for product listings and marketing materials.
• Assist in organizing digital files and maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Learn and adapt to new AI tools and software as required.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
• Ability to write clear prompts and use AI effectively for work-related tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data management).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• The AI Operations and E-commerce Executive should have basic knowledge of product listing on e-commerce platforms.
• Basic image editing skills using software such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Basic video editing skills using software like CapCut, Canva, VN Editor, or equivalent.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Computer Applications, or related fields preferred).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience will be preferred.
• Prior exposure to AI tools or e-commerce operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
