AI Operations Associate (AI/TECH)

About the role

You will keep the business running day to day — and you will do it with AI as your main tool. This is an operations role for someone who reaches for Claude or ChatGPT the way other people reach for a calculator: to build the tracker, draft the SOP, clean the messy export, summarise the week, and automate the thing they are tired of doing by hand.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily operations — keep orders, inventory and internal trackers accurate and up to date, and chase the open items until they are closed.
• Build with AI — use Claude and similar tools to produce the things operations actually needs: spreadsheets and trackers, SOPs and checklists, templates, internal documentation and weekly reports.
• Automate the repetitive work — spot the tasks being done by hand every week and replace them with a template, a formula or a simple automation.
• Coordinate suppliers and logistics — follow up on deliveries, shipments and outstanding requests, and keep everyone unblocked.
• Turn data into decisions — take raw exports and turn them into a short, readable report that says what changed and what needs attention.
• Write things down — document how each process works so the next person can repeat it without asking.
• Create content we can feature (bonus) — product photos, short-form video or written posts we can publish on our channels.

About you

• You already use AI tools to produce real work. Be ready to describe a specific task you handled with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini — what you asked for, and what you had to fix yourself.
• Strong written English — clear enough for SOPs, reports and supplier messages.
• Organised and self-driven. Working remotely, you track your own open items and close them without being reminded.
• Quick to pick up new internal tools and systems.
• A reliable home internet connection and a quiet place to work.
• You have built and shipped something with Claude. A website, an app, an internal tool — anything that ended up live and used by someone.
• You deployed it yourself. Railway, Vercel, Netlify or similar, with a hosted backend such as Railway Postgres/Supabase where the project needed one.
