AI Operations

About the role

You will own a set of enterprise accounts and use AI to systematically remove the manual work involved in running them. The role is a deliberate 60/40 split: 60% account ownership (SLA performance, exceptions, reporting, client relationships) and 40% building with AI (deploying in-house AI agents against the chasing, compiling and coordinating that account management traditionally consumes). You will operate at the intersection of customers, operations, and technology, working closely with Operations, Product/Engineering, and Support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational delivery for an assigned set of accounts: SLA performance, exception handling, escalations, and service recovery
• Be the operational point of contact — respond to client queries, chase resolution internally, and close the loop
• Produce and present each account's recurring performance reporting, and explain what the numbers mean
• Prepare material for client operational reviews and drive the follow-ups to completion
• Translate client requirements and SOPs into something operations and drivers can actually execute — then verify they're being followed
• Proactively flag commercial risk: repeated SLA misses, volume drops, unhappy stakeholders
• Map the manual work inside your accounts and rank it by hours spent and error risk
• Deploy in-house AI agents against that work — writing and refining the prompts, context and rules that make an agent reliable enough to run unsupervised on live operations
• Turn recurring manual reports into scheduled jobs that run with no human in the loop, using AI, Google Apps Script, Slack and platform APIs
• Evaluate agent output against real cases, find where it gets things wrong, and fix it

About you

• You can think: you take a vague problem and work out what's really causing it rather than automating the symptom
• You already work AI-first: you use AI tools to do real work every day and have pushed well past their obvious uses
• You finish things: ideas are cheap, we care about what went live
• You're accurate and escalate early: our healthcare accounts are compliance-sensitive and auditable
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and operational data, and able to coordinate across operations, product/engineering, and support teams
• 1–3 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing operations (a strong fresh graduate with the right thinking will absolutely be considered)
• Logistics, delivery, or healthcare compliance experience (helpful, but we'll teach you)
• Light scripting, or prior experience building automations (helpful, but we'll teach you)
• You enjoy creating structure where none exists and are comfortable designing processes, improving systems, and solving problems in ambiguous environments
