Job Title: AI Operations Specialist, Startup Partnerships

Location: Remote (PST)

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $110.00 – $110.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 6 months

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours (PST)

Job Summary:

• Own inbound founder inquiries for a Startup Partnerships team that supports founders, accelerators and venture firms
• Review, edit and send a high volume of daily responses using AI-powered triage and drafting tools
• Make consistent calls on program eligibility questions and escalate sensitive or unusual cases to the right team
• Build and improve AI workflows that categorize, triage and draft email responses, with human review where decisions carry risk
• Track recurring questions and failure patterns, and turn them into better automations, templates and program communications
• Partner with trust and safety, operations, marketing and partnerships teams to keep responses accurate and consistent with policy
• Document workflows so they can be maintained and expanded

Requirements:

• Experience in high-volume support, trust and safety, or operations roles where accuracy and consistency matter
• Hands-on experience using LLMs to draft, triage or automate workflows, including prompt design and evaluating output quality
• Strong judgment on when an automated answer is good enough and when a case needs a human
• Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy work at volume
• Clear, friendly written communication and discretion with sensitive information
• Preferred: experience automating across email, spreadsheets, Slack or CRMs, and scripting in Python or JavaScript
• Preferred: experience with fraud review, eligibility decisions or approval workflows, or with LLM APIs and agent frameworks
