AI Operations Support

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Operations Support team member to support our AI-powered operations for real estate agents in North America.

In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development (BD) team to process requirements received from real estate agents. You will use AI-powered tools to turn those requirements into videos and other content, review the results, and make sure the final output matches what the agent requested.

This is not a traditional customer service role where you spend most of your time answering calls or handling complaints. Instead, you will act as the operator behind the AI, making sure the right information is translated into the right output.

What You'll Do

• Receive and review requirements from the internal Business Development team.
• Understand what the real estate agent needs, including video specifications, content, style, and other instructions.
• Use AI-powered tools to create videos and other requested content.
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and alignment with the requirements.
• Make adjustments and revisions when the output does not meet expectations.
• Identify unclear or missing information and coordinate with the BD team for clarification.
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining quality, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Follow internal workflows and guidelines when using AI tools.
• Keep track of requests, revisions, and completed tasks.
• Work independently and maintain consistent productivity during the night shift.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English, both written, listen and spoken.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Support, or other communication-focused roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Able to understand instructions and requirements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, digital platforms, and new software.
• Fast learner who is willing to explore and work with AI tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Reliable and comfortable working during the night shift.

AI Experience

No professional AI experience is required.

You will receive training on the AI tools and systems used in our operations. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, think critically, and use technology effectively.
