AI PC Computing Platform Software QA / Validation Project Lead

• Responsible for software quality assurance and validation of notebook products, including BIOS, EC, OS (Windows / Linux), drivers, utilities, and preloaded applications. 2. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports based on product specifications and design documents, ensuring sufficient test coverage and product quality. 3. Perform detailed testing and issue analysis on notebook-related features, such as: 3-1. Power behavior: boot / shutdown, sleep / resume, reboot 3-2. Battery life, charging / discharging behavior, charging modes 3-3. Thermal behavior: fan speed control, temperature protection and throttling 3-4. Display and output: internal panel, external monitors, brightness control, display mode switching 3.5. Wireless connectivity: Wi-Fi / Bluetooth, camera, audio, touchpad, fingerprint sensor, and other peripherals 3-6. I/O ports (USB / Type-C / HDMI / DP / RJ45, etc.) functionality and compatibility 4. Main Requirements and Qualifications

• Must-have:
• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
• 2. 2+ years of experience in software testing / QA / validation; experience with notebook or PC-related products is preferred.
• 3. Solid understanding of notebook architecture and test details, including OS installation/configuration, driver validation, firmware upgrade mechanisms, hardware resource management, and system stability testing.
• 4. Good command of English:
• 4-1 Able to read and write technical documents and test reports in English
• 4-2 Able to participate in meetings and email communication in English
• 5. Familiar with software testing processes and concepts: test planning, test case design, defect lifecycle management, regression testing, and risk assessment.
• 6. Hands-on experience with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, Redmine, Azure DevOps, or similar systems.
• 7. Strong communication and coordination skills, good problem-solving ability, and able to work under pressure while maintaining quality and schedule.
• Nice to have:
• 1. Hands-on experience in full product lifecycle of notebook projects, from project kick-off to mass production; familiar with ODM / OEM project models.
• 2. Experience in introducing test automation and using scripts or tools to improve test efficiency.
• 3. Basic knowledge of BIOS / EC, ACPI, and power management mechanisms.
• 4. Experience in working with overseas customers or global teams.
• 5. Possession of ISTQB or other software testing-related certifications.
