AI Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise AI platform capabilities to support Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and AI Agent use cases across the organization
• Study, POC, and prototype with emerging technologies
• Drive initiatives from idea, proof-of-concept, pilot, and production deployment
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform capabilities and solution designs
• Create architecture diagrams, technical proposals, presentations, and implementation roadmaps for stakeholders and management

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Solution Engineering, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or emerging AI frameworks through personal, academic, or professional projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing and developing APIs, system integrations, or distributed applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS also acceptable).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and software delivery best practices
• Ability to facilitate discussions, conduct requirement gathering, and present solution proposals to both technical and non-technical audiences
