About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to support application teams with their DevOps requirements, CI/CD implementations, and platform engineering initiatives.

This role will work closely with application teams to troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues, implement automation, and support major migration initiatives, including migration from Jenkins, RLM, and manual deployments to GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support application teams in migrating from Jenkins, RLM, and manual deployments to GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps and CI/CD-related issues.
• Create, configure, and debug CI/CD pipeline stages.
• Implement automation and configuration to support successful application integration.
• Create Maven POM and Settings files from scratch.
• Work across different application codebases and project types.
• Configure GitHub Actions workflows, execution processes, and runners.
• Support Jenkins builds, multibranch pipelines, and Maven pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve Jenkins failures.
• Configure and support SonarQube.
• Work with deployment and CD tools including Terraform and UCD.
• Support configuration and deployment automation using Ansible.
• Work with Docker and containerization, including Dockerfiles and Docker commands.
• Support Kubernetes clusters and understand deployment concepts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience creating and debugging CI/CD pipeline stages.
• Strong understanding of Maven, including POM and Super POM concepts.
• Ability to write POM and Settings files from scratch.
• Experience with NPM and PyPI build processes.
• Knowledge of NPM commands.
• Experience with .NET, including dotnet and MSBuild.
• Strong understanding of GitHub Actions workflows, execution, and runners.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitOps.
• Experience with Artifactory, SonarQube, Terraform, UCD, and Ansible.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Experience working with Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
